The facility is equipped with two automated eco-friendly lacquer coating lines. With refined work division and clearly assigned duties across all posts, it achieves standardized and high-precision mass production of floor lacquer finishing.
ENF grade eco-friendly lacquer is applied throughout the entire process. Through multi-layer uniform coating application and high-temperature curing technology, the floor lacquer finish boasts excellent abrasion and scratch resistance, moisture and stain resistance, as well as transparent and rich color presentation. With superior lacquer adhesion, the finish is highly resistant to peeling, yellowing and abrasion during long-term use.
