Manufacturing Capabilities
In-House fire-retardant Multi-Layer Substrates
We produce fire-retardant full-birch multi-layer substrates in-house, supporting consistent construction and flexible product development. Monthly capacity: 2,100 sheets of 4 × 8 ft fire-retardant substrate panels.
Integrated Flooring Manufacturing
From substrate preparation to flooring production and packaging, our core processes are coordinated within one manufacturing system. Monthly flooring production capacity: 80,000–120,000 m².
Precision Profiling & Finishing
We support precision edge profiling, flat-joint and click-lock systems, together with finishing processes for different flooring designs.
Surface & Coating Options
Available options include UV/PU coatings, Al2O3 diamond finish, brushed, wear-resistant surfaces, embossed textures, matte, high-gloss and distressed finishes.
Quality Inspection & Private-Label Packaging
Products are inspected according to agreed specifications, with support for customized labels, cartons and private-label packaging.
International Order Coordination
We support specification confirmation, packaging coordination and shipment preparation for overseas buyers, distributors and project partners.
