RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The following items are non-returnable:
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
• Items returned after the 7-day return window
How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at seekmic@qq.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions upon approval.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after processing.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at seekmic@qq.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
