Important Sample Rules

Sample Specification
Each sample set contains wood flooring swatches, standard size: 150×100mm.
Max 5 different wood styles per single order.

Sample Fee Refund Policy
All sample charges can be fully deducted from your subsequent bulk order of wood flooring.
Only valid for formal wholesale orders over minimum order quantity.

Processing & Delivery
We arrange sample shipment within 2 working days after payment confirmed.
Shipping via DHL/FedEx door-to-door DDP service, transit time 7–15 working days to Asia/EU & US.

Order Note Mandatory
You must fill in the wood model number in the order note box.
Orders without complete style information will be suspended and confirmed via email.

Disclaimer
Samples are only for texture & color reference. Minor color difference between swatches and mass production goods is normal due to natural wood grain & painting batch.

Limit Control
One client can only place 2 sample orders per month to avoid malicious sample collection from competitors.

Who Can Order Samples?
Wholesalers, flooring distributors, construction project contractors, furniture importers, offline physical stores.
Retail individual orders without wholesale demand will be canceled and fully refunded.
