Now, we are expanding our business to Kenya and need to recruit outstanding Distribution Training Specialists to help more members grow into professional distributors and jointly explore the new blue ocean of e-commerce distribution!
Job Title
Distribution Training Specialist（10persons)
(Work Locations: Nairobi, Nairobi, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru)
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for distributor recruitment: Identify potential members through channels such as WhatsApp/Facebook groups, explain the advantages of the platform's distribution model, and attract them to join the distribution system.
2. Conduct distribution model training for members: Possess strong on-site control ability, and mobilize participants' enthusiasm through vivid cases and interactive sessions to ensure training effectiveness.
3. Follow up on training conversion: Track the growth of members after training, answer questions encountered during the distribution process, provide one-on-one guidance, help members quickly master distribution skills, and realize the conversion from members to distributors.
Job Requirements
1. Education and Experience: Hold a Diploma or higher qualification; 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales training, or related positions is preferred, especially for those familiar with the e-commerce distribution model. Candidates without relevant experience but with excellent potential and learning ability are also welcome to apply.
2. Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills with clear and fluent expression; strong charisma and an outgoing, enthusiastic personality; clear logical thinking; ability to improve recruitment success rate and participants' willingness to convert.
3. Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours; good communication and coordination skills, strong customer service awareness, and ability to listen to participants' needs.
4. Others: Own a personal computer; proficient in using training tools such as PPT and live-streaming software; experience in online live-streaming training is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
· Basic Monthly Salary: 10,000 - 18,000 KES
· Recruitment Commission: 2,000 KES for each successfully converted distributor
· Training Target Bonus: An additional 50,000 KES if the monthly conversion number exceeds 30
There is no upper limit on the total income.
