Seekmic is one of China's leading cross-border e-commerce platforms, affiliated to
Foshan Simai E-Commerce Co., Ltd., with its headquarters located in Foshan City,
Guangdong Province, China. Relying on high-quality Chinese supply chain resources.
the platform here provides direct supply services of millions of full-
category products, covering core consumer sectors such as electronic products,
fashion clothing, and household items. To further expand the Nigerian market, we are
now publicly recruiting 3 business agents locally to jointly develop the market and
achieve win-win development through a cooperative agency model.

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Information Collection (15%)
Conduct local market research to gain insights into consumers' needs and
preferences, price sensitivity, and purchasing habits;
Track the operational dynamics and competitive strategies of local mainstream
e-commerce platforms (such as Jumia, Konga);
Collect customer feedback and market demand information, and report to the
headquarters in a timely manner;
Monitor changes in local e-commerce-related policies, tariffs, and regulatory
requirements to avoid operational risks.
2. Development and Maintenance of Distributors (60%)
Develop individual distributors through multiple channels and build a
standardized distribution network;
Provide distributors with training support on product knowledge, platform
operations, and sales skills.3. Assist the Headquarters in Order Fulfillment, Logistics
Coordination, and After-sales Service (25%)
Assist the headquarters in tracking orders and logistics trajectories of the
managed distribution system, and handle logistics abnormalities;
Assist the headquarters in formulating inventory allocation plans to balance
market supply and demand;
Assist the headquarters in handling customer after-sales inquiries, returns and
exchanges, and quality complaints;
Assist the headquarters in establishing standardized after-sales response
processes to improve customer satisfaction;
Summarize after-sales issues and feed them back to the headquarters to help
optimize products and services.

II. Requirements

Education: College degree or above; the educational requirement may be
appropriately relaxed for candidates with rich relevant work experience;
Experience: At least 3 years of work experience, with sales, store operation, or
business operation-related experience preferred;
Language: Fluent in English, with proficient writing and reading skills;
Skills: Own a computer and a smartphone, proficient in using social media tools
such as WhatsApp and Facebook;
Qualities: Possess entrepreneurial awareness and pioneering spirit, team
management ability, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility;
Must be fully committed to this business, arrange work hours independently,
and take business results as the core assessment criterion.

III. Salary and Benefits

Adopt a three-tier salary structure of "basic guarantee + performance incentive",
where income is directly linked to performance with no upper limit:
1. Fixed Basic Fee
₦150,000 - ₦250,000 per month (negotiable based on individual experience and
ability), paid in full monthly.
2. Sales Commission
Basic Commission: 3-5% of the total sales volume in the responsible area
(differentially set according to product categories);3. Performance Bonus
Monthly Incentive: Complete the monthly distributor development target (≥10
people) and get a reward of ₦50,000;
Quarterly Incentive: Meet the quarterly sales target with customer satisfaction
≥90% and get a reward of ₦100,000;
Annual Incentive: Excellent annual performance and get a reward of ₦500,000.

V. Special Notes

This cooperation is a cooperative agency relationship, not an employment
relationship, and does not involve employee benefits such as social security and paid
leave;
Agents must have local legal qualifications (such as Tax Identification Number
TIN) and independently assume tax declaration obligations;
Work Location: Within Nigeria, supporting flexible work; free work hours;
The headquarters will provide support such as product training, operational
guidance, and marketing materials.
