Prices are subject to change due to various factors including international fuel costs, port policies, customs clearance expenses, market conditions, peak and off-peak seasons, etc. The final freight rate shall be subject to the actual daily quotation provided by our customer service at the time of order placement.

Example of DDP Freight Calculation

1. Calculation Rule

  • Sea freight is charged by volume (CBM) at a flat rate: $30 per 0.1 CBM
  • Volume formula:Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 1,000,000 = Volume(CBM)
  • Minimum chargeable volume: 0.1 CBM
    • If order volume ＜ 0.1 CBM → charged as 0.1 CBM = $30
    • If order volume ≥ 0.1 CBM → charged by actual volume, +$30 for each additional 0.1 CBM

2. Consolidation & Multi-item Shipping

Multiple items in one order can be packed together to save cost.

Only total volume is calculated with one minimum charge.

The more you buy, the lower the shipping cost per item.

Taking a pair of basketball shoes as an example

(Shipping rate: $30 per 0.1 CBM)

  • Single pair of shoes:
    • Shoe box volume ≈ 0.00768 CBM
    • Volume < 0.1 CBM → Charged at 0.1 CBM
    • Total shipping cost: $30 → $30 per pair
  • 10 pairs of shoes (packed together in one shipment):
    • Total volume ≈ 0.0768 CBM
    • Volume < 0.1 CBM → Still charged at 0.1 CBM
    • Total shipping cost: $30 → $3 per pair (bulk shipping significantly reduces per-item cost)
  • 15 pairs of shoes (packed together in one shipment):
    • Total volume ≈ 0.115 CBM
    • Volume ≥ 0.1 CBM → Charged at actual 0.115 CBM
    • Total shipping cost: $34.5 → $2.3 per pair

3. Service Coverage

DDP to Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania.This DDP price is for destination port warehouse delivery. For home delivery services, an additional local home delivery fee will apply. It is recommended that customers arrange self-pickup or entrust a local delivery agent for pickup.

4. Transit Time

35–50 days (including sea freight, customs clearance and local delivery)

5. Recommendation

Best for non-urgent orders with a low shipping budget.
